1. Description of company and products

Everlasting Spew is a record label, a distributor and reseller of music and music-related merchandise. This webshop offers offers physical records, CDs, tapes and music merchandise for sale.
All the goods offered for sale on our webshop come from our warehouse and are immediately available except if differently indicated (like with pre-orders).

2. Customer service

Our customer service is available at info@everlastingspew.com. Please allow 24 hours for reply. 

3. Delivery policy and returns

Please allow 2-4 working days for shipping your order. We usually process incoming orders within 48 hours, but small delays can happen.

To cancel an order is possible if we haven't shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch if you wish to cancel and order and get a refound or a coupon valid for a new order.
In cases of wrong shipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required unless a different agreement between the two parties.

Please notice that orders including pre-order items will be shipped only when all the items will be available.
We won't split the order in separate parts, if you want two different deliveries you need to do two different orders.

4. Delivery time and lost shipments

Please refer to our Shipping page for delivery time estimates.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible for that.

5. Privacy policy

We will not share your contact details with third parties. All address information is stored on a secure server, and all payment information is encrypted and handled by payment gateways.

6. Newsletter

New customers or potential customers are automatically added to our newsletter service unless specifically indicated.
