Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after the receipt of the payment and are shipped with the method of shipment chosen during the order itself. In case the method you have chosen is trackable, we will provide you with a link to track your package online or you will be able to get it in your order, in the Orders section of your profile.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We advise you to group your items in one order. Orders placed separately won't be merged automatically and shipping fees will apply to each of them unless you get in touch with us and we will find a solution with you.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects, we ship music since we were kids and we are bald old man now, so can imagine. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. We always remove the vinyls from the sleeves to prevent seam splits during shipping.

The weight of every single item is specified in the product data sheet.

Posta4: Il servizio più economico, non tracciabile. Consegna approssimativamente in 4 giorni lavorativi successivi all'accettazione.
Posta1 - Prioritaria: Il servizio della vecchia prioritaria. Consegna spesso il giorno lavorativo successivo altrimenti in 2-4 giorni lavorativi.
Raccomandata: Spedizione tracciabile. Consegna in 4-6 giorni lavorativi oltre quello di spedizione, solo al destinatario o a soggetti abilitati. In caso di assenza, ritiro presso l'ufficio indicato nell'avviso di giacenza (max 30 giorni) e monitoraggio con Cerca Spedizioni.
Corriere Celere: tracciabile e veloce, probabilmente la soluzione migliore.


EUROPE

Standard (Postamail Internazionale): The most economic way to ship up to 2 kgs. Usually delivered within 15 working days in the Mediterranean area, 18 working days in North America and Oceania, 25 working days everywhere else.
Priority (Postapriority Internazionale): A faster way to ship up to 2 kgs. Usually delivered within 7 working days in the Mediterranean area, 10 working days in North America and 13 working days everywhere else.
Registered (Raccomandata Internazionale): Up to 2 kgs. Legal certification of executed shipment, delivery directly to the addressee or someone appointed for the delivery, in case this is not possible the packet could be collected at the post office indicated in the notice left by the post officer. Usually delivered within 15 working days in the Mediterranean area, 18 working days in North America and Oceania, 25 working days everywhere else. Ordinary Parcel (Poste Delivery International Standard): Up to 20 kgs, trackable. Delivery in 10-25 working days excluding the shipment day. Custom formalities could slower the procedure.
Courier: Up to 20 kgs, trackable. Only for selected countries. Average delivery in 5 working days excluding the shipment day for the majority of the destinations. Custom formalities could slower the procedure for non-Eu countries.
